Monster Protein Balls

Monster protein ball recipe coming at ya! This recipe is super simple. I shortened this one to make only about 9 balls instead of 20, and I also added the macros at the bottom for those who like to track on My Fitness Pal!

I usually eat two at a time as a quick pre workout snack or a treat after dinner! They’re a great snack to have on-the-go!! ((We ate some with our coffee waiting for our flights the other day))

To cut down on carbs and fats and you can leave out the chocolate chips ((or butter scotch chips used here – that might be another recipe I’ll try and put up on the blog)). This recipe I wanted something quick and not too many for my quick work trip tomorrow. They are the perfect little treat to satisfy your sweet cravings and protein goals! The recipe is as follows!


  • 2 scoops Ghost Lifestyle Peanut Butter Cereal Milk Vegan Protein
  • 2 tblsp Baking Mini Chocolate M&M’s
  • 2 tblsp Chocolate chips or butterscotch chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Quaker Dry Oats
  • 4 tblsp Jiff PB (or any peanut butter, you can also try almond butter, but it might change the macros)
  • water


  1. Mix protein and peanut butter together
  2. Add in oats
  3. add a little bit of water at a time and stir until you get a texture that starts sticking together
  4. **Note you don’t need to add a ton of water. If you do add a little too much just add a little more dry ingredients like oats, the oatmeal acts like a flour to help stick the ingredients together*
  5. Add in chocolate chips and M&Ms
  6. Once you have a consistency take a large spoonful and roll into about 1-2 inch sized balls
  7. This recipe made about 9 for me, but you can make about 10 if you make them all slightlyyy smaller. The macros are roughly the same!
  8. Enjoy!!
