The holiday season calls for all sorts of treats aka physique destroyers, but we came up with a recipe that is packed with protein and on the healthier side of the season! We used Ghost Lifestyle’s seasonal Gingerbread Cookie Protein to make these Gingerbread “Ghosts.” You can even deck them out and make them festive with some green and red frosting. The recipe is posted below! You cookies should come out soft, but you can keep yourself fit when adding these into your daily diet!

Protein 6.9 g
1 Cup Paleo Baking Flour (King Arthur Flour)
6 scoops of Gingerbread Cookie Protein Vegan Powder from Ghost Lifestyle
8 Egg whites
1/2 of one avocado
1 cup of Light Brown Sugar
Ghost Lifestyle Cookie Cutter from their website
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix the flour, protein powder, and brown sugar together
Mash up your avocado really well or use a food processor/blender to make it smooth to avoid chunks
Add in the egg whites and mix it all together
Leave in fridge for an hour to an hour and a half. The dough should be thick enough to roll
Roll dough out with a rolling pin about 1/2″ thick using flour on the rolling pin and a cutting board so the dough doesn’t stick to the pin.
Cut into Ghost shapes using cookie cutter or any cookie cutter
Place shapes onto parchment paper on a baking sheet
Bake for 10-15 minutes
Decorate them or eat them as is! They are Delish!
