It’s Friday! Woohoo! With that being said though you guys know we LOVE to share with you either a recipe or a place we recommend eating in a different city of country for “Foodie Friday”, and who doesnt LOVE pizza on a friday to kick off the weekend? Of course pizza can be eaten on ANY day, but if you want to save your carbs for hmmmm, i dont know dessert? Then try out this pizza salad recipe instead!
It’s a basic recipe with simple ingredients that you can easily whip up for lunch or dinner in minutes! Ready to try it for yourself? Checkout the recipe below:
1 bowl of green lettucs
4-5 oz cooked chicken
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1/4 cup vegan cheese (or non-vegan)
*Optional: sprinkle on Parmasan cheese
Cook your chicken in a non-stick skillet. Add seasonings of your choice (I like to use El Paso Taco Seasoning)
Prepare your bowl of lettuce
After chicken is cooked, place into the bowl with the lettuce.
Top salad off with pizza sauce & cheese and ENJOY!
