This recipe is so simple and easy to make & requires very little cooking!! I made 4 bowls this week for my work trips as my post workout meal, and they were delicious!! The sauce I get at Harris Teeter in the Asian Food Section, but you can also get it at Target or Walmart. It’s the light yum yum sauce you can get at most Japanese restaurants. Hope you like this recipe if you try it too!!
•1/4 cup of Jasmine Rice (I used the 1:30 min microwavable Ben’s Rice Pouches – so convenient for little time)
•1/2 cup black beans (I just used a can of black beans)
•handful of raw Spinach
•2 tblsp of light Yum Yum Sauce 😋
- Cook your shrimp and throw in spinach to cook
- Cook your rice
- Heat up black beans from can
- put it all in a bowl and add your sauce!
